All contracts come with a choice of 24/7 call out option, our preparedness for action the next business day is a benefit to you. Select either a basic service contract (this choice of level of maintenance covers the items you need to ensure you do not invalidate you warranty), or our current recommended fully comprehensive service contract. This will keep you from any unforeseen expenditure of a brake down.
Straightforward service contracts
A choice of straightforward service contracts with multiple visits per year, cleaning, and lubrication. Parts replacement and call out charges are extra (unless covered by warranty).
Comprehensive service contract
Select our all-inclusive service contract, includes more, regular visits per year with parts and labour charges included (NB: this does not include suspension chains, gearbox part or engine part replacement) during normal business hours. Premium rate only charged for out of hours call out.
All-inclusive service contract
The option of an all-inclusive service contract, includes regular visits and motor, suspension chain and gearbox parts replacement, plus:
- landing door contacts and interlocks,
- motor room,
- car overload detection,
- brake, drive nut and electrical safety devices.
